Rental Rules
CHECK-IN: after 1pm but not later than 8pm.
CHECK-OUT: until 10.00am.
Check-in and check-out times have to be agreed with the property.
Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed
The Property is not responsible for valuables left in the apartment.
DAMAGES
No security deposit is requested but is necessary to attend the following rules:
- No damages to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear;
- All debris, rubbish and discards must be placed in the appropriate rubbish bins;
- Soiled dishes must be cleaned;
- Keys must be left on the table before leaving;
- All charges accrued during the stay must be paid prior to departure;
- No linens must be lost or damaged;
- No early arrival or late departure without any communication to the property;
Any damage or loss verified at check-out must be paid by the guest before departure.
PAYMENT
A deposit of the equivalent amount of 1 night is due at the moment of reservation. The final balance of rent is due cash or by credit credit card at arrival (if not differently agreed).
€ 30,00: cleaning fee is due at arrival
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
HOUSEKIPING SERVICE
No daily housekeeping service is provided. If requested is available at an additional rate.
Linen and bath towels are included in the rental rate.
